We have on many occasions been asked to tidy up properties before they go on the market.
Sometimes with only a couple of days notice which means we have to move things around to fit the job in.
From doing the lawns and edges to laying instant turf where the grass has died from the car being parked on the lawn or lack of water, etc.
Most of the time a owner has attachments to the property from where they can not see the little things which we and potential the purchasers will notice.
Broken roof tiles, full gutters, dusty windows and paintwork, dirty paths, chipped or peeling window frames, dirty extractor fan grills, blocked ventilation holes, leaking overflow pipes. All things a build inspector will pick up on that we can fix before hand.
In the garden we spray, weed, trim, move plants around if necessarily to fill in gaps. Removing a few lower branches to make the section look larger. Repair and stain the fence can make it look years younger.
Apply compost to freshen up the garden, add mulch to garden beds either extra bark or stones.
All of the time working within your budget or with you on site just helping you out. We can recommend professionals to clean the carpets, add furniture to the house, clean the inside of the home, whatever you need. We wouldn’t use them if they were not good. We can even supply pots with flowering plants.
A little hint, drive around the block and look at your property like it is the first time and think would I buy this place? would I pay that price?
